The Harbinger's Bearing

Date: 27 FEB - 1 MAR 2025

The Harbinger’s Bearing is a collection of self-portraits crafted in 2016, using my own body as both subject and witness. Shown naked and facing away, the collection centres on the act of bearing; carrying what has occurred while refusing to offer it for consumption. The body appears not as spectacle but as evidence: holding what has happened without explanation, signalling the moment after harm, where survival quietly persists.

The Harbinger’s Bearing was featured in the Rape Crisis South London Pop-Up at Vagina Museum, London

Hagall

Date: 1 SEP - 31 OCT 2023

Hagall (havoc) in its generality surrounds the chaos of sexual transition and the different lenses in which society perceives this.

Hagall’s aim was to illicit a poignancy that many have all felt in their journeys to first realising, then accepting and finally, embracing their sexual identity in a society that is still not entirely safe for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Hagall was featured in the Gwerin Exhibition at Dyddiau Du, Cardiff, Wales
